2) Who Can Become a Founding Member?

FCM membership is a one-time fee that starts at a minimum of $250 and can go up to $100,000.
4) Do I Need to Pay Any Monthly or Yearly Fees to Be Eligible for Payouts?
No. There are no monthly or yearly fees required for payout eligibility.

8) How Long Will the Founding Membership registration be Available?
The purpose of the Funding Membership is to raise sufficient funds for:
Developing the Booster platform,
Establishing offices,
Pre-purchasing high discounts from merchants,
Completing legal processes in each country,
Other corporate expenses.
According to the business plan, the company needs to raise approximately $25 million.
The option to join the Founding Circle will remain open until all necessary funds are raised. Founding Members will be notified via their back office and notifications at least 3 days before the Founding Circle Membership closes.

Earnings will be deposited into an e-Wallet connected to the Member’s Booster back office.
Earnings will be in USD but can be converted into any fiat or cryptocurrency.
Members can:
Connect an existing bank account,
Open a new bank account,
Obtain a Booster debit card for transactions.
The e-wallet will be provided to Founding Members for free to receive payments.
However, the e-wallet will also offer premium functions such as:
Opening a bank account,
Conducting international transactions,
Buying or selling cryptocurrency,
Using the debit card for ATM withdrawals and other similar services.
These premium functions may incur banking-related fees that are unavoidable due to third-party financial regulations.
11) How Can I Pay for My Founding Circle Membership?
Payment options vary by country and may include:
Credit or debit card,
Wire transfer,
Cryptocurrency.
Additional payment methods may be available in certain countries.
12) Are Founding Circle Members Automatically Promoters and Users?
13) Do I Have Any Rights to Participate in Company Decisions as a Founding Circle Member?
As a Founding Circle Member, you can provide feedback and suggestions for improvement through your back office.
However, you do not have any decision-making rights in the company.
14) Can I Participate in Marketing Campaigns with a Direct Contribution to Receive More Members?
Yes. As a Founding Circle Member, you are also a Promoter and have the right to contribute directly to marketing campaigns.
15) Are There Any Requirements for Payouts from My Founding Circle Membership?
No, there are no requirements to receive:
Shopping Volume Commission
New Shopper Distribution from all marketing campaigns.
However:
For Activity Commissions, you must actively shop or register merchants as per the specific commission rules.
For Career Levels, you need to meet the criteria outlined in the career level rules.

Yes. Booster is committed to transparency. Members can track purchases and app usage up to 10 levels deep, including:
Member ID,
Merchant ID,
Purchase date,
Purchase amount,
Commissions paid by merchants,
Commissions given to users and influencers.
Personal user data will not be disclosed.
19) Will I Be Able to Contact Members in My Organization?
Yes. You can send chat requests to any Founding Circle Members and Promoters within 10 levels of your organization. If the member accepts the request, the chat channel will open.
20) Will the Company Provide Updates to Founding Circle Members?
Yes. Before the Booster App is available to the public, the company will provide regular updates through:
The members’ back office,
Monthly online calls to keep members informed.
21) Can the Company Revoke My Membership and Stop My Income?
The company reserves the right to revoke memberships in the following cases:
Spreading false information or intentionally damaging the company’s brand.
Misleading others about the company’s products or services.
If this occurs:
The company will issue a written warning and request the offending content be removed.
If the member does not comply, the company may revoke their membership and ID.
Refund Process for Revoked Memberships:
Refunds will include the member’s initial investment, minus:
All earnings received.
20% of total payments for distributed commissions.
The remaining balance will be issued as a buyout for the ID.
Additional Notes:
The member’s referral network (lifeline) will be transferred to the company.
Both parties must sign a contract prohibiting negative statements or posts about each other.
22) Can a Founding Member Participate in Other Network Marketing Compaines?
23) Can I Cancel My Founding Membership and Receive a Refund?
A) Full Refund Within 7 Days:
You can cancel your membership within 7 days of payment and receive a full refund, minus transaction fees.
Example: If you paid with a credit card, 3% transaction fees will be deducted, with proof provided.
B) Partial Refund After 7 Days:
If you cancel after 7 days, 20% of your membership fee will be deducted (to cover commissions already distributed), along with transaction fees.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
24) Are Founding Circle Members Co-Owners or Shareholders of the Company?
No. Founding Circle Members are not co-owners of the company and do not hold company shares.
25) Details about the e-Wallet
1. Can I connect more then one bank account to my e-Wallet?
Yes, you can connect as many bank accounts as you like.
2. What kind of Crypto Wallets do we offer?
We offer you both custodial and noncustodial wallets.
3. What cryptocurrencies are available in the e-Wallet?
USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP
