Early Life and Achievements

Matt Ferk was born in Slovenia, Europe, in 1977. From a young age, Matt exhibited talent and passion for sports, becoming a multiple-time National Champion in motocross. He also served as a goalkeeper for FC Maribor in futsal and showed aptitude in wrestling and martial arts.

Despite his athletic prowess, Matt always knew he was born with a business mindset. At just 15 years old, he started his first business and became the youngest millionaire in his country. However, success was fleeting Matt lost everything. Undeterred, he rebuilt and created another multi-million-dollar business venture just two years later. Yet again, he faced significant losses.

Lesson Learned

Matt believes:

"Business is a game. Sometimes you win, and sometimes you lose.
Do not play this game if you are not willing to lose.
It's not about losing; it's about coming back stronger."

Legal Issues

Between 2003 and 2009, Matt built a construction empire in Slovenia. However, the 2008 global recession caused his business to collapse. As a prominent figure in the industry who worked on government projects, Matt testified against corrupt politicians. Before leaving for the United States in 2013, these politicians retaliated by fabricating charges against him.

The accusations included:

• Tax evasion: Amounting to approximately €60,000.

• Improper document management.

• Open debt after company bankruptcy

These baseless charges led to an international arrest warrant through Interpol's red notice. Matt was arrested in the U.S. and faced potential extradition to Slovenia. Fortunately, a groundbreaking case in U.S. Federal Court examined the allegations and deemed them unfounded. In 2021, Matt was released, and most charges in Slovenia were dropped. However, one bench warrant remains, related to €58,000 in alleged unpaid taxes. Matt and his attorneys continue to fight this final, fabricated case, arguing that loans cannot be taxed as income.

Life in the United States

Matt arrived in the U.S. in 2013 and established several businesses. From 2013 to 2019, he lived in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before relocating to Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he currently resides with his wife Ana and their two dogs, Lily and Mia.

As a representative of major global brands, he played a key role in the early development and implementation of GPS systems in consumer electronics.

With 15 years of experience in network marketing, Marko has a deep understanding of business growth, strategic networking, and leveraging innovative technologies to drive success. As the co-founder of Booster, a cutting-edge AI-driven platform designed for business automation, networking, and revenue generation, he brings his extensive expertise in business development and market expansion. His mission is to help individuals and companies harness the power of AI to optimize operations, increase efficiency, and stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape.

Marko is also actively involved in developing AI modules within Booster, including VRM (Voter Relationship Management) – a groundbreaking tool that modernizes political communication and voter engagement.

Shannon is a passionate traveler and dual citizen of Canada and the United States, with a diverse athletic background and a passion for travel. As a former elite gymnast, she had the honor of representing Team USA as the first Americans allowed in the Russian training center, where she trained in Moscow. Unfortunately, after a devastating injury, Shannon had to retire from gymnastics. Undeterred, she continued to excel in various sports, including softball, basketball, tennis, track and field, and even cheerleading. She earned a college scholarship for soccer as well as becoming a five-time state champion in bowling. Shannon was also identified in TEEN Magazine as Sports Girl of The Year Finalist.

With a remarkable journey marked by resilience, Shannon has underwent 31 surgeries, each one a testament to her unwavering spirit. Her background has taught her that persistence truly pays off, and that we all possess the strength to overcome any adversity that comes our way. Shannon firmly believes in the power of positive thinking and the ability to manifest our own destiny. Through her experiences, she strives to inspire others to never give up and to embrace their inner strength in the face of challenges.

With a rich family history in marketing and sales—stemming from her grandparents who were pioneers in the early network marketing industry—Shannon has cultivated a deep understanding of consumer behavior and brand strategy.
